be carefull with Interpoker. Opened account there 3 weeks ago. They say they send a pin that you need to cash out . However , i never got any mail. I e-mailed them but got no answer in 10 days. In the meantime i played on there. Since 2 days i can't even log in there anymore. Error-message says they don't know my account. E-mailed them again. No answer !!!

You should have gotten your PIN already.... all the casinos/poker rooms that use the ecash direct sent me my PIN in less then 10 days. Id get on live support and chat with them and find out why you cant log on. I had this problem one time when i updated the software and they were fairly helpful and the problem got resolved. As long as you are a straight shooter your money is safe so dont worry about that... they are the largest online casino so they have way to much to lose.

I've had a couple minor problems with the Crypto sites, mostly due to exchange rate and their somewhat slow response to emails. I complained about them here myself, and it was wrong of me to do so before I had all the facts. However, things have always been straightened out. Errors do happen, but I am sure you will be able to straighten them out. Email again with details, then wait 48 hours (I know they promise 24-hour response, but it might not happen).

Since 3 days i can't get anybody on the phone. I don't get any reply to one of my e-mails to them. I can't log in to my account. I have no idea if i will ever get my money but one thing is for sure. I don't want to play at any place where support doesn't answer e-mails . Waiting for 14 days is enough. I even e-mailed e-cash and also....no answer. Be careful with those people.

First off, have you made a real money deposit there?

I play at 3 crypto-logic sites and have gotten my PIN # pomptly in 2 cases.

The 3rd time it took 2 phone calls and a month.

Hint: Never ever play the English pound tables.

Not only is the actual rake greater on a big pot but I have been ripped off twice on the exchange rate.

Buy-in $1.75 = 1 pound.

Leave table $1.00 = 1 pound

This has happened to me twice.

Once at InterPoker and once at PokerPlex.

Total losses $100 to $110.

The few times I have called their live support number they have been very helpful. I also got a kick out of "Wolfgang", a CSR who could get another job as the Moviephone guy. /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Yes, i deposited money twice. Wanted to check out the site and collected two bonuses. Now it's 3 e-mails to support and 3 e-mails to e-cash. Not a single answer. Nothing !! Nada!! The 800 number doesn't work from all countrys but anyway. If they don't even answer e-mails, how am i supposed to ever get my $ ? They have a bonus every month. It becomes obvious what that bonuses are for. You can't do nothing with it because they just don't pay out. Stay away from them. A shame that they are allowed to place their banners here at 2+2.

I've had no trouble with InterPoker. Do you have any kind of spam filter? Maybe their replies got caught in it if you have one.

All e-mails come through. Nothing in the spamfolder. They just don't answer. That's it.

I have had no problems either. Most people haven't.
Everytime I have emailed either ECash or IP, I have gotten a response within a day or two, and usually within a few hours.

I understand that some people have had problems, but it seems to be the exception, not the rule, IMHO.

I never had to contact support there so I can't comment on that. When I first opened an account and deposited money the pin arrived by mail in about 2, 3 weeks I believe. The games are not bad. What attracted me was their monthly bonus I guess. I have stopped playing there because their rake is brutal on the pound and euro tables (i did play them after all it's half their games). I also thought I got screwed on the exchange a couple of times but can't be 100% sure about that. But it something to definetely to keep your eye on.

Cashing out was not a problem.

When playing for money i don't want to worry about stuff like that. This is not a room i can trust for my money. I have to invest more time in trying to get my winnings than spending time at the tables. They collect up to 3 pounds out of their pots what is more than $5 . It looks like that they just shut the doors to winning-players as they don't like to pay out. I can't find any other reason for their behavior. That's all bullshit. If they would have technical problems they could at least answer the mails. At least i want to warn everybody who thinks about opening an account with them.

Nothing more to say.

I understand that you are having problems with them and that it is extremely frustrating. But you're going a little overboard. Perhaps the technical problems are preventing them from receiving your email, or is preventing you from receiving their response. I'd say you have to call them and speak in person. What country is preventing you from calling their 800 number? Is it specific to your IP, or can nobody in your country ever contact an 800 number?
The idea that they are shutting their doors is absurd. So is the idea that they want to keep your money. Given the amount of cash they rake in each and every month (e.g. 3 pounds per pot), it would be insane for them to shut down. Cryptologic just released their annual report (there's a link to it in the Stocks forum), and they have plenty of cash and assets.
Also, they have no good reason to waste time actively withholding your money. No offense, but to them, you are a gnat, one of the masses, and you deposit money is a drop in the ocean.

I understand that you have nothing more to say and that you probably won't respond. I'm not looking to start a whole thing on this, I just want to clarify that, while you may be having problems with them, this whole doomsday concept is a little out there.

Plenty of sites have tanked, and taken peoples money with them. But all of them were new or small or poor, usually all three. The major sites (Party, Paradies, Stars, and IP) would be throwing millions of short term profit down the drain by shutting down. This is just a guess, but I'd imagine that there probably is rarely enough money deposited into these sites at any one time to justify taking the money and running when compared to the potential rake they could make in a few months.
