Would you rather be rich or famous? And the two must be mutually exclusive. No fair saying you'd use your fame to get wealth or vice versa.

So would you rather be known as Tom Cruise or have Tom Cruise's money?

I'd personally take the money and run. I bet fame would get old real quick. Money I could have fun w/ forever (or at least my forever).

Well, it depends on what you mean by famous. Do you mean Martin Luther King famous or Paris Hilton famous?

If I had the choice between being famous for contributing in a major way to progress and freedom, I'd take it any day. I make a decent enough living.

Being famous sucks...it's like having your identity hijacked by millions of people you don't know. The only upside is that usually it means that you're rich enough to pay people to help you hide.

But that's a vicious circle.
