Your numbers look fine to me, maybe a little too tight. Also your PFR% could be a little higher. Could be just varience, but game selection makes up a good portion of earn. IMO There is no PT number to show if you're using good game selection.

Hi Ms:

I find myself reading your posts re. pokertracker and improving very often.

Would you be so kind and take this guy's PT table of stats and write on the side what you think IDEAL numbers are?.

TIA.

First, even though my best game is limit hold'em, I've been only playing NLH for about a year

Vol.Put $in pot: 14.91% I would say 15-22% with the sweet-spot being 17-20% There is no right answer since how you play post-flop, you can play looser PF if your postflop play is above average, and how well you know the players has a large bearing on what is right for you
Saw flop all hands:19% shrug, rather use VP$P
Folded SB steal:90.75%
Folded BB steal:57.33% I'm not always happy with my blind defense, but I run a little looser than this.
Att to steal blnds:27.23% Mine ran about 30%, along with many players that I consider winning players. I considered, with my notes, blind stealing one of my strong points.
Won $ when saw flop: 32.26%
Big Bets Won per 100 hands: 1.20 This is OK for mid-limits
Went to show down 32.17% around 30% is OK, but overally tight play postflop can make this number "look" good but be -EV
Won $ at show SD:56.09% The consense is 55-60% is good, but maybe another number that -EV plays may make it look better than it is.
Raised Pre-flop:6.89% the ringgame range is usually thought to be 7-11%, how well you play postflop deciding where YOU should play.

A big bet is the amount wagered on the turn and river. So in $5/10, a big bet is $10.

Man, every month I play my VPIP gets lower and lower. I'm trying to loosen up and play more hands, especially in late position, but it's just so hard for me too. I think my VPIP for this month is like 11.50 :/

Hi again MS.

I was thinking over your post. I want to ask your help again. I have copied below the "IDEAL" numbers suggested by you for a 10 player game, and would be grateful if you can fill in the "IDEAL" blanks for a 6 player, 3 player , and HU game. I know the shorter the game the more psychological and adaptive-to-the-enemy one has to play, but a general guideline would help me lots to adjust:

------------------------#10--------#6-------#3------HU
Vol.Put $in pot:.......19.00%
Folded SB steal:.......90.75%
Folded BB steal:.......60.00%
Att to steal blnds:....30.00%
Won $ when saw flop:...32.26%
BB Won per 100 hands:...2.5
Went to show down:.....30.00%
Won $ at show SD:......58.00%
Raised Pre-flop:........9.00%

Thanks in advance.
