Depends. Depends if MP and CO are TAG and you respect their raises.

Against certain players I might call or cap here, but the vast majority of the time my tens are flying into the muck.

Standard. You can lose a lot of money capping it here if you get a "good" flop but are up against JJ or QQ, while there aren't that many "good" flops you can get against what is often 3 or 4 overcards. In fact, personally TT is the absolute worst hand for for me to be dealt and play in this situation because if I flop an overpair, I will have to play it aggressively often with what is really two outs against a better hand. So I fold and I don't watch the hand, and if they have 99 and KJs I don't have to worry about it.

Since I generally 3-bet a raise with my tens I hate to fold em to a three bet, but that's pretty much my SOP.
