I've made many deposits at William Hill Poker over the past few months, but yesterday there was a pretty serious error, either in WH's or Neteller's part. I deposited $500 there yesterday using Neteller, and it appeared in my Will Hill account. Played some poker, no problem.
Then later at night I check my Neteller, and notice two $500 debits in my Neteller at exactly the same time. I recheck my Will Hill account, and notice they only credited my account with $500, but somehow my Neteller was debited by Will Hill for $1000.
Has anyone ever run into this problem? I e-mailed Will Hill, and they have yet to respond. Is this an error by Neteller or Will Hill?
By the way, I did not double click the deposit confirmation button. However, it did take some time to actually clear the deposit. Usually it's instantaneous, but yesterday it wasn't.
