Help - Problem with Empire sign on bonus

Hey all, I apologize in advance if this post annoys.

I signed on to Empire through the 100% link on this page:

and deposited the max - I'm not seeing the bonus in my account. I have a screenshot and a printout of the page I signed on from.

I sent off an email to the cashier - any other suggestions on how to resolve this?

I know Party/Empire has notoriously bad customer service - I'm looking for some insight from someone who might have had some experience dealing with them.

Have you tried contacting affiliate #1705278 and asking him?
It should be whoever was hosting the page that you got there from.
