It's about the 5th hand of one of the new $50 2 table SnGs at Party so everyone has 1000ish in the stack and I have no reads.

There's a min-raise to 30 up front and it gets called by 3 players and then I call in the BB w/ 7 /images/graemlins/heart.gif 7 /images/graemlins/club.gif.

The flop is K /images/graemlins/spade.gif 7 /images/graemlins/spade.gif 6 /images/graemlins/spade.gif. I check. The raiser checks. MP bets 90, MP2 calls, and then the button makes a min raise to 180. I then push for 950. Comments?

OK - how much of a dog are you here?

Somebody could have flooped the flush, the guy mini-raising probably has the A /images/graemlins/spade.gif...at BEST, you have the best hand now and are looking for a draw out...you're probably WAY behind. Why push your chips when you hit the flop in the worse possible way? Save your stack for when YOU can be the odds-on aggressor. Sucks to lay down a set, but you're probably beat with 2 players acting in front of you for a bet and a bait-like mini-raise...

why on earth would you check on that flop? at any rate, given the action after that F-up, i would push as well. God bless'em if they flopped the flush and i lose.

i'd like to hear from someone telling me how wrong i am for thinking this way.

cheers!
