My first time at the 2+2 table went great... lots of helpful 2+2 posters admonishing me for my lack of aggression. /images/graemlins/tongue.gif

It looks like I could use a copy of SSHE!

Great fun! Thanks for playing everyone, and thanks for the helpful hints. And thanks to the dealer for smacking me in the face with the deck towards the end there.

seriously, this was the first and only time i play tagish on a 2+2 table ever again. I didnt even feel good about losing to the Non-lag lags I think it was because i didnt buy in big enough. no one was scared of me.

peace

Are there 2+2 tables every nite, or is this an every now and then thing?

Thanks

thursday nights.

i think it would be interesting to set up a public 2+2 table one night. only let 3-4 2+2ers sit down at once and then let random people come in. or better yet, 8 or 9 2+2ers and let some poor sap get the last seat /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Have you been watching Rounders again?

It was fun. In all honesty, I thought that people were too aggressive, when you bet 3-bet the turn with second pair without a read just because your opponent is a TAG and they might be forcing you off a hand and then proceed to call down when capped, this is just ridiculously LAGgish. I can't remember if anyone did exactly this, but there was a lot of play like it.

I'm game... I think it may freak others out if they join a .5/1 table w/ over $10,000 on the table. /images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Hey I only capped the turn with my top pairs!

Yeah, I agree with that. It seemed over the top aggressive, and I had a hard time adjusting at first. Very different than any other table I've ever played.
