Good deals from Chicago to Vegas?

I'm wonering where I can find good rates for a long weekend in Vegas. Also wondering what constitutes a "good rate" so I know it when I see it. Anybody have favorite sites/companies to book through?

I always use bestfares.com, then compare the results tothe airline websites.
