I know how to add recent threads to the Favorite Thread list with the toggle link at the bottom of the thread. However, most of the older links (like from the archive server) don't have this link at the bottom. How do I add these to my favorites?

Other than bookmarking them on your browser, I don't think there is a way.

Due to performance problems, the old post where archived off to another server. Because of that, when you access the archive server, it does not recognize who you are or that you are logged into 2+2. There is not a direct link between this site (which has current posts, your account info, and your favorites list) and the other site (which has the archived threads).

To get around it, I just added illumious's post (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showthreaded.php?Cat=&Board=holdem&Number=560368&f part=1&PHPSESSID=) to my favorite threads (this one is actually still on this server).
