Ok, I know there is such a thing as wanting to keep those with a gambling problem from accessing gambling funds, but I do not know of people with problems cashing out. Please just write the email"We are going to hold your funds for 24 hours, so that we may have your fnds in our account as long as possible". They don't have to lie about it. Just my thoughs on it.
