I raise the turn, since I put UTG on either AA or AK after the preflop and flop action.

I probably would have raised the turn. No reason to think that UTG has two hearts or a straight since he capped preflop.

Since you're asking if you "got enough out of them" I assume you won the hand. This really isn't the type of hand you could learn anything from. The best poker players are not the ones who build the biggest pots with their monster hands. The most money is won and lost on the marginal hands.
