No reads on anyone yet. UTG has made this same pre-flop raise on the last 4 hands. I felt my raise was big enough to get heads up with the UTG preflop. Would a push have been the best play? How do I play the flop?

160 in the pot when it gets to you? 20% stack increase is good enough, and you should have no problem getting called preflop with KK! Just pushin preflop, and you won't get in this situation.

I'd have raised a bit more preflop. I would not have pushed in. I'd probably raise ~T350-400. I just think with T150+ in the pot, you're offering too generous of odds to weaker hands, especially AK/AQ/AJ. In a lot of places, they'll push in and you can call with the best hand.

That said, I'd probably push in here. You can take out AJ/QQ and a lot of draws, and the pot is offering you better than 2:1. There's just no laying down the overpair here. I wouldn't necessarily say you'll win 50%+ here, but I think you'll almost certainly win more than 1 in 3.
