I think you mean raising on the flop. I wouldn't 3-bet because I think I'm drawing. I will do it when I think I can make the CO fold and get a free card. On the turn you get 16.75:2 and probably 18.75:2 which is about 9.4:1. I think this is a close one because you might split and even when you hit or you might be drawing dead already. On the river you hit your out, I think I would raise and call a 3-bet.
