I find much more skill related and exiciting playing sngs and some multis, on rings you basically just act like a robot most of the time, can it be more profitable or at least equal?Maybe not because of the rake, but I can be wrong of course

Yes, they can be. Depends on a lot of things such as stakes, # of tables, etc... But yes, sit and goes can be very profitable.

Give and take. Example you play $50 sit and goes and have an ROI of 35%. So over 100 sit and goes you make ~1500. It takes about 1 hour for each sit and go ==> $15/h. Not to bad. I think if you play $50 NLHE, you can make this with 2-3 tables very easy, provided you are a winning play.
Thoughts?

SnG's are more fun for me.
NL ring tables = play 1 hand (on avg) per orbit. even if you have 4 tables, that's only 4 hands you're playing per 10 min. i'm bored the other 6 min.
with SnG's, it's the same in the beginning, but near the end it changes and you HAVE to play, else you get blinded out.
