"It" is now "Small Stakes Hold'em" by Ed Miller

Sklansky does not agree with the change.

Theory of Poker and Small Stakes Holdem is all one needs to be rich playing poker...It's kind of funny all those people buying phill hellmuths book.

and, of course, a successful application of the skills and techniques presented in the books, along with some reasonable experience. Not that i dont think these books are both fundamentally revolutionary to the poker game(obviously SSHEis getting more hype now), but just looking at the covers does nothing for you. Other than realize how sick and twisted whoever came up with those boards really is.
