You're on the Island of Knights and Knaves. For those of you who have not yet visited, everyone on the island -- except you, of course -- is either a Knight or a Knave. Knights always tell the truth. Knaves always lie.
This leads to interesting predicaments.
Here, you are at Customs. For obvious reasons, the Island of Knights and Knaves has a strict emigration policy -- there is none. (You'd not want a Knight or a Knave outside the island. Take it for granted.)
The Island does have its occasional visitor, however, and they need a way to allow these visitors to leave. They came up with an interesting way -- a solitary question! Based solely on the answer to the question, Customs can ensure that no one leaves illegitimately.
What is the question? Answer in white, yadda yadda yadda.
(Hint: It's a yes/no question.)
