7-3 vs. 7-2

So if 7-3 suited is worth a call in the BB in a raised three handed pot, would David Sklansky fold 7-2 suited?

I think he would fold 7-2 suited based on what I have read in HPFAP. Which states that when you play small connecting cards they should be suited. With 7-3 suited you could flop a straight or a gut shot draw. Just my guess. I'm waiting for David Sklansky to show his math work so average joes like me can understand.
