I'm curious what experienced players and especially the authors think roughly the percentage of players that read 2+2 books are winning players. Both before and after reading them.

My hunch is that because 2+2 books involve a lot of work on the reader's part that the percentage won't move much before and after. That is, most readers that are losing players will continue to lose as they are not willing to do the work to understand and apply the concepts. However, there is clearly a correlation between reading and studying and playing winning poker. I would expect the percentage of readers that are winners to be relatively high compared to the overall poker population. Also I would think that the percentage of winners that are readers is very high, probably in the upper 80s or higher.
