2 INTERWEB POKER QUESTIONS

I've been playing a lot of poker at B&Ms lately and I've finally been convinced to play online poker.

1. In the past, I've heard a lot of people say the best games are on Party. Is Party still the best place to play low stakes? (I've been playing 3/6 at B&Ms and have worked the bankroll up to $2000, but I figure I'll start out online at 2/4 until I get a good feel for it)

2. What are the best times of the day to play?

2: Usually the games are a bit more loose during US evenings - and there are more games to choose from.
