I bet this flop somewhere around 99% of the time. You have top pair and an inside straight draw, bet! If I wasn't raised I would bet any turn card and see what happens.

Definitely bet this flop and if it gets raised reraise if you think you can get to HU with a reraise. You most likely have the best hand on the flop, don;t give any overcards a free draw. If you get it to HU, you may very well win unimproved, against 4 other players you have no chance unless you catch at least two pair.
