Isn't there a huge risk of being raised here? Not fun to call down.

Bet and call a raise, and it's not close. Whatever makes you convinced that he has a 2 or 4? He was probably chasing a straight draw or 1-card flush draw. or maybe has an unlikely pocket pair or ace-high that he'll call with.
