Not crazy about just calling the flop raise. Was this too weak?

I 3bet the flop, might make the turn easier to play. Given how you played it I think the turn fold is fine.

I think I would have raised again on the flop. At this point I would figure that I've got the best hand so I'm going to make them pay to catch up to me. Capping the betting after the flop with this board with the QQ isn't going to bother me at all.

At the turn I would call instead of fold. My read from the hand as shown would be that MP2 probably has T9 and just made top pair on the board.

At the river I would just call MP2's bet. To me the QQ still looks like the hand to beat with that board.

BB's checkraise on the flop had me thinking set. When I was facing a raise on the turn with a 3-straight on the board I was pretty sure I was beat.
