Village is kinda good, kinda blows. Opie's kid is pretty hot. Good cinematography, silly monsters. In light of the 'twist', MNight prolly could've dwelled on philosophical questions, rather than trying to be aw spooky.

Better than Signs, IMO, and light years better than Unwatchable. If you like MNight movies, you'll like it. However, Night HAS to stop "acting" in his own flicks. Worse than Tarantino. Also, on slate.com there are TWO articles now that just rip Night and the movie. Really go after him on a personal level. Rarely seen such.

Candidate is pretty damn good, despite a few minor plot holes. Streep's a shoe-in for another Oscar nom, and Denzel will prolly get one too. If you like spy v spy type stuff, go see it.
