This is not a bad beat post... I would like to know whether i should push on the turn? I bet $7 on the turn because either my oponent is on a draw, or he has a monster hand and wants me in... i can still get away if he raises me all=in.... limping in w/ AJ is questionable, but the turn play is more important to me

I would have gone all-in on the turn. By betting $7 into a $26.55 pot you're giving him correct pot odds to draw to the heart flush, which is presumably what he was doing.

the pot is almost $30, and you bet $7???? i would not be concerned about being behind on this board. i would be much more concerned about charging draws. the ONLY hands you are behind is a set. so str8s or flushes possible yet. if you push, you will be called by worse hands enough to make up for possible set. ak/aq/worse 2 pr/flush draw will call quite often. i think mp3 has ak/aq, and the other guy has another crappy ace, and you win.

results... MP+3 had KTo for the guthost.... and SB had Q9 hearts for the flush draw that hit...

so i should had pushed on the turn... next time i'll do that, because i shouldn't be afraid of monsters everytime

luckily for me, i didn't pay a nickel on the river and saw the free showdown

SB either is: (1) on a draw, (2) has a set, (3) is a complete moron with dominated hand, or (4) ties you with AJ.

The +EV move at these levels is to reraise all in to punish SB even when the allin player has you beat.

i couldn't reraise on the flop, because the raise wasn't equal to a full bet... puts me in a tight spot...

what i want to know is if the $7 bet on the turn was giving him proper pot odds to chase his flush...

33.55:7 = 4.79 to 1, so you are giving him the right odds.

4.79:1 pot odds
4.11:1 flush.

Has enough odds, marginal but has. Minimum bet, half-pot. Better Pot Bet.
