well, there is a Richmond, California in the North Bay Area

The guy confirmed it at the table. Kirill Gerashimov was runner up in WPT championship season one, also won the headsup championship a few years ago.

I was at kirillG's table from the start until the bubble.

He's very good and VERY aggressive so I wouldn't be surprised if he's a pro.

BTW He didn't rebuy at the start, doubled the first hand, and didn't take the add-on. Nice return on $215, but I wonder if he could've gone farther with the extra chips.

There is absolutely no reason to believe that Rabscuttle is Phil Hellmuth. Based on a search of rgp I believe that Rabscuttle is someone named Steve Cowley in Richmond, Virginia (link (http://tinyurl.com/5mu9e)).

i know steve from richmond, K_ROse got them all started playing when paradise first hit. that would make sense. paluka might know for sure. that was why i was curious he is definitely the kind of guy that would him haw over the deal amounts too. thanks mbe my curiousity is now satisfied.

I was told that Phil Ivey was "Boxybox" and there is at least a little circumstantial evidence. The location on his screen icon says, if I'm remembering correctly, Ponoma. So I was skeptical because I heard he was from Atlantic City and recalled that there is a Ponoma in California.

But I checked the Atlas and sure enough, Ponoma NJ is a suburb of A.C.

Would Pokerstars let someone other than Kathy Liebert use her name for their screen name?

The same day Moneymaker busted out of the 2004 WSOP I'm playing a tourney on PS. An observer breaks into the chat and begs "can someone send me a dollar"? Now this part pisses me off because I should have written it down. The guys screen name was Money(some # I can't remember).

I type in the chat box "Chris Moneymaker?" and there is no response. One of the other players types in "yeah, he busted out early today so he probably needs it".

If it was him, I got to give him big points for a sense of humor.

XXXRAGEDXXX is extremely rude. I like to think it is not Kathy Liebert.

There are a ton of PhilIvey123, PH1LIV3Y, etc on Party, I don't think the sites try to protect player's names (and many pros are probably just as happy if folks don't know who they are).

Really? That is one of the few players for whom I took an explicit note on their rudeness. He/she relentlessly badgered people for sucking out on them and generally did all sorts of jerky things. He/she was a very good, aggressive player though.

At one point XXX RAGED XXX actually had his/her chat shut off due to being rude and abusive. I like to think Kathy Leibert is a classier individual...

This wasn't complaining, this was incredibly abusive namecalling. Like I said, bad enough that PS took chat priveleges away. Sounds like it wasn't her after all, which I'm glad to know.

I can deal with a bit of whining (though if I see someone say "unreal" when someone on a 40/60 shot again, I'll stab myself in the eye).
