At sites that use/used PPATM I would always use it. They had lower ATM fees then Neteller because they do not charge the BS $2 transfer fee not to mention I could request a cash out and leave and not need to be at a computer to do a transfer to the debit card because it would go right to it.

Lately though casino after casino have stopped accepting it. Phoenician, Nostalgia as well as other RTG's, Casino on Net/Pacific, Betcris, and Absolute Poker have all dropped them as a method. I have had payouts that were delayed to this method or sent Neteller due to issues with the inflow from PPATM deposits. I was told that deposits had gone to almost nothing by this method because PPATM had not had a credit card processor for an extended period of time.

After going to their website and seeing that yes their CC processor was down I called PPATM. They admitted there were problems and did not see accepting credit cards any time soon. My guess, major chargebacks and noone wants to touch them to process their credit cards since chargebacks cost everyone money. Without taking credit cards and the casinos backing out on them they are losing countless fees.

A poster in a thread at Casinomeister states that he knows of casinos that had not been paid in months by them.

Today I tried to take the last $25 out at the grocery store and even though mu bill was $5 less then what I had it did not work. I just paid cash and went to the ATM after to try and take $25 out and it did not work, finally on the way home I was able to use it to buy gas. Maybe the network was down for a brief time, or maybe the processors at the grocery store and that atm dont want the risk of getting paid?

Does anyone have the real scoop on whats going on? Are they in trouble? I have stopped using them for the most part but any place that offers both PPATM and Neteller I prefer the PPATM cashout because it is simpler. Any opinions or inside info out there?
