Me, I check and fold this on the flop. The pot won't make a big difference to your stack, and why make a dangerous play against a stack that can cripple you when you can well afford to wait for a better spot to bully.

edit...oops, I misread your post and thought that the BB was 600. I still hesitate to bet at the flop without raising preflop, but maybe I would. If called, though, I think I would check and fold the turn. If he has a made hand, it probably beats yours if he called...and I think a draw is less likely than a made hand as I would expect him to push the draw on the flop.

Just my thoughts...I am not very skilled or experienced so this is not so much advice but more thinking out loud.

p.s. I think my favorite option here though is to raise preflop, unless you have reason to suspect that the SB plays monsters that way.

How much would you raise this preflop?

I think I have to say 'all-in.'

Basically, what I'm thinking here is that if he's a decent player, he has to fold without the flush. However, I put my whole stack on the line the times he DOES have it; anyone have any suggestions other than check-fold or allin preflop?

Come on, help durron, there must be better suggestions than ones I can make.
