Top set, rainbow flop, great place to get my money in. UTG+1 got screwed here by betting into the reraiser with the raiser in between. This was pretty early in the tourney, so I didn't really have any reads on the players, but in general, do most of you feel that just calling the UTG+1's bet is the most likely way to get all the chips in the middle against most Party 10+1 and 20+1 players?

And does anyone hate my preflop play here?

The only thing to worry about here was the possible straight draw. Unlikely someone played qj. I probably would have gone all in if there had been a potential flush draw. You can't give that many people the opportunity to draw against you for cheap.
