Opponent here knows me from 5/10 and respects my play. That being said, I have been showing a great deal of aggression and I am sure people are getting sick of it.

Question here; Any chance I am making him fold Qx? Or am I betting the river into a busted draw? Or is this a simple value bet where any mid pair will call.

Even if he "knows you", I don't think he's mucking top pair.

His line looks like a missed AK to me.

The river bet is fine, but theres probably a strong arguement for checking and trying to induce a bluff.

Or calling down to the river and "folding his top pair" unimproved.

I think I would lean towards checking this river arklady. With the amount of aggression you have shown and the opponent still calling you down, he should either have you beat or is on some type of draw (which, when missed, you should check to try and induce a bluff).

You said you are well respected and he knows you, so what does his flop raise tell to you?

no, he is not. one of those rare times i think check/call might be best...need to tone it down sometimes.
