No reads on my opponents on this one. Just want to know if this is standard play on the flop?

I'd call it, then bet the turn and fold to another raise (if the /images/graemlins/spade.gif hadn't come.) The pot is large, and you have the backdoor draw. Obviously if I was sure I was up against A's I'd lay it down, but enough players will try to push you off a PFR when an A flops (and when UTG raised the pot was unprotected) that it's worth continuing. Plus you have 2 outs that are clean almost surely.
