If you think this hand is remarkable, you are weak tight.

Looks standard to me.

If you think this hand is remarkable, you are weak tight.

I have weak/tight tendancies. There are some people on the board that have encouraged me to get rid of those tendancies. And I don't think I played it remarkably, hopefully just correctly.

Looks standard to me.

That's what I was hoping to hear (but from those same people that have given me a hard time in the past) /images/graemlins/grin.gif

Nicely played.

How would you have played Q8? /images/graemlins/wink.gif

How would you have played Q8?

Good question.

Before you asked, I probably would have called and folded to a raise /images/graemlins/blush.gif

But I think you're suggesting that I should play it the same way.

If the table is so passive, what makes you think anyone is going to bet at that flop?

How do you know he will bet? Didn't you say this was a passive table? Or are we assuming one of the last to act always bets at party low limits?

I should have said passive preflop.
It is rare that a flop is checked around at party, especially when there are more than 4 people left.
