Stat sheets for tracking people.

Hello all.
I am in the process of coming up with stat sheets for tracking who I play while I am in a MTT.

I already use PokerTracker, so its not about every hand, but more of a way to keep my concentration on people.

Things I want to include are how they playing, but want the shortest short-hand I can come up with that tells me what I want.

Does anyone have a link of what other people use, etc.

Want a piece of paper with divided into 8 parts.

Under player dumbarse
A3 - AI 10X P for all in, 10X the pot size with A3)
A10 - CAI20X (for 20X pot)
Pbets with 2 pair
SPN - slow played nutz
F2RRaP - folded to reraise after potsized bet
SP8 - slow played straight

Stuff like that.... I know I can do better, but wondering if there was already something written.

Also, in live games... is there any rules against me bringing in pen and paper to write this stuff down?
