in this mtt blinds are 75 150 MP w/ a big stack raises to 300 im CO w/ QQ i raise him 1050 he calls flop comes Q 9 5 rainbow MP pushes all in i call in a sec having the nuts n he turns over AQ turn is A river is A to give him bigger full house than mine T_T i checked the stats for this one i will win this 99.7% of the time

Very nasty but not the biggest suckout ever. Runner runner quads/straight flush is a longer shot.

IMO, for the worst possible suckout, you would not only require runner-runner perfects, but you should start with the most dominated hand matchup possible. Thus, by my calculations, this would be THE worst suckout in hold'em:
