I think your easily behind in this hand.

I think this is a situation where cold-calling is correct seeing as your directly to his left. If the hand becomes short-handed, and the board is not scary - ie. no ace, you can raise your opponent on the flop.

What do others think about 99 vs. pfr?

Hey J6o,

3-betting PF is fine in this situation. If your table was 10-handed and a typical UTG+1 open-raised and you were next to act, you should muck 99.

This isn't a great situation. With that ace I can see a lot of hands you lose to going into call down mode.

Pre-flop I think I like a cold call here because of the fact it's an UTG+1 raiser. Unless the raiser is some sort of fish here otherwise I'm not sure there's any good to isolating a more then likely better hand.
