Pointless indeed.

I was just playing a party 10+1 SNG and had more than half the chips with 4 left. I was stealing the blinds left right and center because all three stacks were small and waiting to get into the money. I got 3 decent hands in a row AJo, ATo, 22 and stole with those then in the BB it was folded to me.

Wondering how many hands in a row any of you have taken the blinds? I would imagine it is much higher than the 3+ that I have.

I've gone heads up with the chipleader (only us two remaining) and he folded almost every single hand I raised (which was about 90% of the time). He gave me the whole tourney in about ten minutes just by folding so damn much. Not that I minded /images/graemlins/wink.gif

I've stolen 7 blinds on the bubble with blinds 100/200 once. I've included the one time the SB folded to me.

I had this happen to me also. (maybe we played the same guy.) Guy was down to just over one BB - he finally raises all in. I call with my junk (like 85o). Turns out I hit trip 5s and he yells at me for calling with my junk.

he clearly didn't understand how to play heads up.

I've taken the blinds 9 times in a row twice. Both times we were down to 3. Most enjoyable experience I've ever had.

One of the times was just this past weekend. A friend was watching and started keeping count in the chatbox.

As much as I wanted to make it double digits, I just couldn't justify re-raising a guy with my 64o /images/graemlins/grin.gif

I was down 11000 to 2000 with 2 left in a 15$ sng. I went all in 12 times consecutively, he folded the first 11 and I won the SNG on the 12th.

No clue what he was thinking, although I had a great run of hands there, think the worst hand I went all in with was 10/8 suited.
