I'm playing mostly .5/1 and 1/2, but I took a shot at 2/4 the other day because I saw one of my biggest fish playing there.

Here's a question for someone with over 5K hands at the 2/4 level... what % of players are seeing the flop?

I played less than 100 hands, but it was around 48%!

Better than .5/1 (which is at around 43% after 6K) and way better than 1/2 (which is at around 37% after 1K).

Is this typical, or was I at an unusual table?

I don't have the number in front of me, but I remember when I looked recently that the number of players seeing the flop at 2/4 was slightly less than 1/2. Your 37% number sound sabout right for my 1/2 as well so i want to say the 2/4 number was about 35%.

It was certainly lower than 48%.

I have about 14,000 hands of Party Poker 2/4 and the VP$IP, excluding me, is 35.8%. Saw the flop is 40.17%. But, I look for loose tables before I sit down. (For comparison, avg players is 9 and avg pot is $30.22.)

I figured that was probably insane. Played again today and it still feels looser than 1/2, though.
