I'd cap the flop and lead the turn or checkraise the turn I think. Then you'd also get to bet the river.

Even after UTG+2 call-3bets the flop?

I'd 3-bet preflop and lead the flop.

The way you played it, I would cap. UTG+2's call cap is kinda wierd, but I think he likely has a flush draw or a gutshot.
