With the pot being so bloated I think you might have to call the turn bet and hope he's overplaying something like top-pair or a flush draw.

After calling the turn and watching the other 2 fold I might even go ahead and call the river, he has to have a flush draw at least one time in 16 right?

I think you need to see the river on this one, the pot is massive on the turn.
