I don't have a question about the hand, but as always any comments for improvement are appreciated. (Oh.. button was a total LAG.. he was raising stuff like Q3s)

I am posting this because protecting your hand doesn't always mean betting out. Let's use the advantage of having the LAG on our right...

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (10 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K/images/graemlins/club.gif, 9/images/graemlins/club.gif. CO posts a blind of $2.
UTG folds, UTG+1 calls, UTG+2 folds, MP1 calls, MP2 folds, MP3 folds, CO (poster) checks, Button raises, SB folds, Hero calls, UTG+1 calls, MP1 calls, CO folds.

Flop: (9.50 SB) 9/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 2/images/graemlins/club.gif, 5/images/graemlins/heart.gif (4 players)
Hero checks, UTG+1 checks, MP1 checks, Button bets, Hero raises, UTG+1 folds, MP1 calls, Button calls.

Turn: (7.75 BB) 5/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (3 players)
Hero bets, MP1 folds, Button folds.

Final Pot: 8.75 BB

Results in white below:
No showdown. Hero wins 8.75 BB.

Yep.. this is straight from SSHE.. which is why I posted it. I figured this was litteraly a text book play /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Prior to reading SSHE I probably would have bet out. Thanks Ed.
