Hidden Outs In SSH

I've been mulling over this section and unless you intuit it how do you have the time to find/count the hidden outs, especially if you are multitabling?

I haven't read the book yet, but I would guess you learn it the same way you learn everything else in poker -- practice, practice, practice until it becomes second nature.
