The SNG from hell.

Over the course of this SNG I recieved 0 Pairs.

In the 1st 3 rounds my best hand was J8s.Another player got AA twice and various other good hands.He didn't make the money. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

I only won 2 pots in the whole thing.Once on a blind steal with A5o and when I raised UTG with KQs ,the flop came A d J d rag , Had clubs I Moved in opponent folded.

Until it got down to 4 I never got a better A than A7o.

I have 5 more chips than I started with.

2 big stacks and a player with a few hundred less than me.

I have A9c In the big blind.

Big stack 1 calls,Big stack 2 folds ,Small stack folds his small blind.

I check.



Flop. J d 10 d 8 s

I bet the pot .Big stack calls.


Turn Ks. I check. Big stack 1 bets what I have left.


I fold.

Next hand small stack is gone.

My Big blind I get A10 off. Big stack calls. I move in . Big stack 1 calls.

I pick up a 10 on the turn but Big Stack 1 shows QQ.


I feel fortunate to finish 3rd when my best hands were KQs,Q10s ,A10 and A9s. /images/graemlins/cool.gif

sorry but the SNG from hell usually involves not making the money.


this is the typical SNG from hell: don't pick up a hand until the blinds are huge, then lose your QQ to KTo when they hit running T's on the turn and river to finish on the bubble, not to mention your table was uberslow, so this took 50 minutes for you to lose your $10 buy in.

Even better lose on the bubble with your AA vs. A4s when he calls your 10xBB all-in and flops the nut flush.

That one is pretty bad. Sorta like when Rick Camp hits a home run in the 20ish inning on July 5th 197x,and the Braves still lose. /images/graemlins/frown.gif
