How would you have played this?

<font color="CC3333">SB bets</font>, <font color="CC3333">Hero raises</font>, <font color="CC3333">CO 3-bets</font>, SB calls, <font color="CC3333">Hero caps</font>, CO calls, SB calls.

In my experience, when someone 3-bets you in that situation it's a bad sign, especially with SB cold calling two after. Your hand may still be good, but at that point I start to want to see a showdown cheap.

It's pretty clear these guys don't want to fold, so you can't protect your vulnerable hand by betting, you can only bet for value. If your read on the table is that you win this on the river much more than one time in three, then keep jamming the pot and extract the most. Otherwise, check-call.
