Semi-bluff turn raise... call the river unimproved?

Flop is 9 /images/graemlins/spade.gif9 /images/graemlins/club.gif7 /images/graemlins/heart.gif.

Check-Check-Check-Check.

Turn is 2 /images/graemlins/heart.gif.

SB bets, I raise. UTG calls. MP folds. SB calls.

River blanks. SB checks, I check, UTG bets, SB folds, I call.

I would have bet out on this flop.

As for the river check-call, what would UTG cold call 2 BBs with on the turn and bet on the river? I think he either has weak trips or he missed his flush draw as well. Since the pot is fairly large, I like the call here.
