PokerStars hand histories messed up?

What's going on here? Just requested a few hands from PokerStars, and they come up with all the seats mixed up. Instead of being in numerical order, they are all split up... hence Bisonbison's converter won't compute the hand history. So I have to go in and fix it manually.

Anyone know what the deal is?
