A nice story in an otherwise dismal year for the Baltimore Orioles is the play of a journeyman mid season call up, David Newhan.
He was 4 for 5 tonight with an inside the park home run and is batting .430 after 110 at bats this season.
Because of his small size and lack of overwhelming athletic talent he will not likely stick in the Big Leagues.
With that being said he will have a couple of magical months to carry with him regardless of what his baseball future may bring.
