mine was 51% when i was on one table- and i realized i was justbored and played way too many hands.

Now i got it down to 31%. Is that too much or any advice?

What is yours?

what a lot of people will tell you is that voluntarily putting money in the pot is a more important stat, since you dont get all the free plays from the blinds mixed in there. I dont know my VP$IP since I dont use pokertracker, but my flops seen is around 25-28%, sometimes up into the very low 30s if I'm running well.

Also, I hate to say it, but you should try searching for these kinds of things as well, there are lots of posts on this topic

VP$IP = Voluntarily Put $ Into Pot

(is this on bison's page?)

VP$IP is a metric, not unlike flops seen, that somewhat measures how often you see a flop, but does not include those times when you check in the BB, or post when you sit down. it is purely indicative of which hands you think are worth putting money in preflop.

if I limp and then fold when it's three bet back to me, does this increase my VP$IP? I am just wondering if my VP$IP hands are a subset of my flops seen hands.

I use Poker Tracker (awesome by the way) and my VP$IP is 14.5%. Curious as to what everyone else is.

This looks a little tight to me. You want it around 20% or a little under. It sounds like you're only playing premium hands and not limping with small pairs or AXs. If you select loose/passive tables (which you should), you can afford to play these hands and they will pay off big when you hit.

You misclick 3% of the time? Without pokertracker, you wouldn't know to work on that aspect of your game. POINT then click. POINT then click..

I have seen 315/1138 = 27.68% of flops at party .50/1.00
