Win % when seeing the flop?

Hey guys,
I've had an awful month online and I'm trying to diagnose. I've found some holes in my game but I think I've had a run of cold cards. Specifically after the flop.

My win% when seeing the flop is only 18% this month.
What is a "normal" Win%wsf.
I play .50/1 limit at party.

VPIP 19.3
Went to showdown 29.6
Win % at SD 47.6%
Agression Factor .76

I played 3600 hands at that limit a long time ago when I first started. My w$ when seeing flop was 27%, VPIP was 18% and I had a nice win rate.
