On the flop.

Bottles,
I let go on the flop. You realize that in order to win this hand you have to beat all 5 of the players, not just the preflop raiser, right?

Yes, I'm aware.

I was thinking, they may fold, and should I hit one of my non-diamond outs, I'm looking good. Clearly I can hit and still lose, hence my posted question.

I'm done on the flop. You've got four outs at best, you're possibly drawing dead, and if you hit on the turn you have to dodge a redraw on the river.

since I'm sure you're drawing to 3 outs with that many people calling, I'd get rid of it on the turn.

I hope you didn't take offense to my response. I wasn't trying to be condescending, rather just trying to get a point across.

So you've got seemingly 4 clean outs on the flop. It would appear you're getting odds for a call here, but 1. you could be drawing dead 2. there are countless redraws against you

So you peel one.

I don't think anyone can make an argument for your turn call.

I count 4 outs...2 fours and 2 non diamonds aces.

No I wasn't offended at all, sorry if my response seemed....however it seemed.

I know I misplayed the hand and that I did so badly. I posted here b/c I wanted to know where people thought the best spot to fold was. I thank you and the others for sharing your thoughts.

I drop this hand on the turn unimproved. I would have to figure my 4 outs are clean.

I'd fold on the flop. Save your $5 for another hand.

I fold on the flop. There are about a lot of cards that could hurt me if I am actually ahead, and only about 4 that might help me, and I will need one each on the turn and river to like my hand.

Good luck,
play well,

Bob T.

Yeah, but none of your outs are clean, so you have to discount them.

that board is too scary and has too many people to be continuing, don't you think? I haven't read other responses, but some of those outs are going to be dirty...maybe all the Aces. Personally, i fold on flop.

Enough alternative is to check the raise the turn and represent a made flush /images/graemlins/smile.gif

How aggressive are the 5/10 tables at party? I think small suited aces are not real profitable from MP. I would generally fold preflop, If I played the hand I would fold on the flop (you have 0-4 outs and you're not closing the action).

Preflop - easy limp. Easy call of the raise.

Flop - There are several reasons to call:

1 - You're getting 15-1.
2 - You're almost closing the action.
2a- If MP3 check-raises, the Button will likely 3-bet and you have an easy fold.
3 - You're in great position on the turn to see how everyone reacts to the Button's bet.
3a - Because the Button is betting, it's possible the turn will be checked to him and he may give/take a free card.

Turn: The Button still isn't likely to have a flush, and once no one else bets/checkraises, it's very likely they don't have a flush either. Getting 11-1 and again likely closing the action, it's a very close decision.

River: Meh...it's possible he's got something like A /images/graemlins/diamond.gifKx
