I think 3-betting the flop will allow you to form a better plan for the turn and river, since at this point in time you don't know much about BB or UTG's hands... Plus it'd be nice to kick out BB if his hand is like AK no hearts, if BB would otherwise take one off for one more bet.

I'm very confused about what kind of hand the BB can have to cap PF and then fold for one more bet closing the action on the flop?!? Black 77 or so if BB is PF LAG?
